Born 25 February 1753 Charles County Maryland, son of Joseph Ratliff (Ratcliff) and Ann Dunnington. Married Philadelphia Stone 16 March 1780. Settled Prince William County Virginia before migrating with the family to Bath County Kentucky. Died Bath Co KY 8 June 1831. Father of Susannah Ratliff (1788) who married Samuel Davis Baird Sr.
