Charles Arthur Arnholm Jr.

Only child of Charles Arthur Arnholm Sr. and his first wife Nellie Phileman Lascor of Proctor VT. Born 1917-06-21 in Barre. His mother died when he was two; his father remarried Merena Fisher five years later. Charles Jr. was raised inside the second family alongside his four half-siblings Merena Jr., Hope, Bernard, and Ronald. Married Rachel Frances Nichols of Barre in 1940. Likely operated the Barre-Montpelier Road auto body shop and was Vermont Auto Enthusiasts president in 1961, though the VAE page does not include a date of birth or photo to definitively distinguish him from his father (Charles Sr. died 1944, which makes Jr. the only candidate for a 1961 presidency). Died 1997-05-25 in Barre, age 79. Buried Hope Cemetery.
