Married Jennet McElvaney on 3 December 1685 in Londonderry, County Londonderry, Ireland. At least eight children. Lived Templemore, County Londonderry in 1685. Emigrated to colonial Virginia. Died 23 September 1745 in Newtown, Frederick County, Virginia, British Colonial America, age 97. Buried Winchester, Frederick County, VA.
