The short version

We collect what we need to build and run your memorial site. We never sell your data. We never train external AI models on your family content. Validated members of your family workspace can see family-only fields; anonymous visitors only see what the spearhead has published.

What we collect

• The documents you upload (memoirs, photographs, certificates, interview notes).
• The structured data extracted from those documents.
• Contributions from invited family members.
• Account information (email, name).
• Basic analytics on how the marketing site is used (no individual tracking on family memorial sites).

What we don't collect

• DNA samples or genetic data — we don't offer that service.
• Biometric identifiers.
• Third-party cookies on memorial sites.
• Visitor location or device fingerprinting beyond standard server logs.

Your rights

• Export canonical data as JSON at any time.
• Delete the family workspace at any time. Hard deletion follows a 30-day soft-delete grace period.
• Request removal of specific contributions you made.
• Object to processing under GDPR / CCPA as applicable.
