What does the standard $1,500 cover?
Everything to get the site published and useful: extraction of up to 50 source pages, the initial research pass across 8 archives, the built site at your subdomain, the first 5 family-member invitations, and a year of hosting with the annual research re-run included.
What if my family has hundreds of pages of documents?
We extend at $200 per additional batch (about 30 pages each). Most families don't need it — the standard build covers most memoirs comfortably. We'll tell you what tier you need after we see the materials.
What happens after year 1?
$99/year keeps your site live and runs another full research pass against the archives. New census records, newspaper digitizations, and headstone photographs are released constantly — the yearly pass catches them.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The spearhead can export the canonical data as JSON at any time. You can also export the rendered site as a static HTML bundle. Your data is yours.
Do you sell my data?
No. Lineage will never sell, license, or share your family data with third parties. It is private to validated members of your family, and your published site shows only what you have approved.
Why isn't this a DNA service?
DNA is a different business with different risks. Lineage is about your documents and the public records that connect to them. No samples, no biometrics, no genetic kits.
